We want you to be happy with your purchase from Mera Pehnawa. This policy explains how order cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they have been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible to return the product after delivery as per our return policy below.

2. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Certain items, such as innerwear and sale items, may not be eligible for return.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@merapehnawa.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the pickup and return process.

4. Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product for a prompt resolution, including a replacement or full refund.

6. Exchanges

Size or product exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
